Dear friends,

MATW wrote:"...Here are some tickets I can find no date for..."

it is some from Zeppelin entry tickets in my collection. One of them with No.#9925 has the date of visit - May 28th, 1931. Perhaps, this can help in the research... :D

The first tickets were without series and printed price (please see the ticket with No.#9925 and above from @MATW No.# 13747 & 13748, I think from 1931 too). And after using of every series of tickets the new series begin: presumably, series: A, B, C every in amount 49.999 items (I don't saw the tickets of these series with number more than 50.000), and later D,E every in ammount 99.999 items (please see my ticket of series D with No.#89859) :?:

I think the number of visitors in period 1932-1937 was approximately 30.000 people per year :?: In this case the tickets were used:

- without series and price from 1928 till 1931;
- series A from 1932 till 1933;
- series B from 1933 till 1934;
- series C from 1934 till 1935;
- series D from 1936 and etc.

The purple tickets with price 80 Pf. are the earliest (after 1937) :?:

In every case it is only assumptions... 8-)

Best regards,
pasol.

Hello. Here is a rather unusual Ticket from my collection ;) . (I think that) it is entrance Ticket to a "SLIDE PRESENTATION" in aid of the "ZEPPELIN ECKENER-SPENDE FUND", on Thursday 5th November 1925 in Stadthalle "SAALE". The Zeppelin Eckener Fund was launched on the 20th of August 1925, and the funds raised went towards the constructon of the LZ 127. (Please confirm facts) ;)
