Hi Pasol,

do you have any idea why the overprint appears thin and fat? I have made a similar observation with the Paraguay 1934 and 1935 overprints and have no explanation for that either.

Ref. Michel #187, I like the shifted overprint variety.... nice!

Dear Zeppelin,
Thank you very much for your interest to my information. I think the difference in the overprints could occur due to:
1) small inaccuracies in the printing process:
- Hit a few stamp sheets together to print, which increased the pressure of printed form;
- Excess or lack of paint (the beginning or end of the party)
2) wear(poor) printed form
For understanding (1 or 2 cause) better to have block of stamps with different types of overprint. I have only block with same type stamps or separate stamps.
